A practical, understandable (and lawyer-friendly 😊) crash course in how AI “thinks”: how AI models are built, how data can be deleted from training datasets (and sometimes even from the model itself), how hash functions and anonymisation work – all shown through live examples and demos.

I didn’t learn to code – that wasn’t the goal – but I definitely saw what’s possible when privacy is kept in mind.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly understand how an LLM works.

And to have more fun pestering clients later when they say something “can’t be done” or is “too complicated.” 🙂
